10. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Euros (€) and are valid and effective only within the European Union. SCRIPS reserves the right to adjust the prices of the Products and Services at any time and without notice. All payments are due upon placement of your Order, and you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. Also, SCRIPS sp. z o.o. accepts various forms of payment to facilitate ease of transactions for our users. These payment methods include, but are not limited to, credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallet services (Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, and region-specific payment services such as Klarna, Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, Giropay in Germany, iDeal in the Netherlands, and BLIK and Przelewy24 in Poland. The user hereby acknowledges and agrees to ensure that all payment information provided is accurate, current, and in the user's name or that the user has authorized use of said payment method.
11. Promotional Offers
SCRIPS may, from time to time, offer promotional offers or discounts on its Products. The terms of any such promotion will be specified on the Website. Promotions may be time- limited, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or modified by SCRIPS at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered.
12. Ordering and Acceptance
By completing a purchase order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by SCRIPS. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason without liability to you. Once your order is received, we will send you an acknowledgment email with your order details. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and SCRIPS will occur upon dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it in accordance with the cancellation policy herein.

14. Cancellations and Modifications
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery, and therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been confirmed. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and you may contact customer service to inquire about such possibilities. Any changes or cancellations will be at the sole discretion of SCRIPS and may be subject to additional fees.
15. Management of Subscription via Stripe
Users acknowledge that SCRIPS sp. z o.o. has partnered with Stripe for the management of subscriptions and payments. Upon purchasing a subscription, users will receive an emailcontaining a link to access their Stripe account. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their Stripe account is properly managed, including the updating of payment information and managing subscriptions. SCRIPS sp. z o.o. is not responsible for any issues arising from the user's management of their Stripe account.
16. Subscription Service
Our subscription service allows users to receive products on a recurring basis. All subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through Stripe. Users will receive a link via email upon making their payment, which can be used to access their Stripe account and manage their subscription details. Cancellation or changes to the subscription must be made through Stripe before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next period. Missed payments may result in a temporary suspension of service. The specific terms of the subscription, including delivery intervals and billing, are as selected during the subscription setup.
17. User Conduct
Users of the Website are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Website. This includes refraining from conduct that is harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive. In case of any conflict between local law and these Terms, the laws of Poland will prevail. International users agree to submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts for resolving any disputes arising from or in relation to these Terms and Conditions
23. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Polish Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
24. Force Majeure
SCRIPS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond SCRIPS’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference). Such failure shall not constitute a breach of these Terms, and the time for performance of such obligation shall be extended by the period of such delay.
25. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of SCRIPS to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by SCRIPS in writing.
26. Assignment and Delegation
You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of SCRIPS, and any unauthorized assignment and delegation by you is void and ineffective. SCRIPS may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under these Terms, fully or partially without notice to you. We may also substitute, by way of unilateral novation, effective upon notice to you, SCRIPS for any third party that assumes our rights and obligations under these Terms.
