Subscription
How does the subscription work?
Our subscription model grants you a discount on the first and every other product that comes to you. By paying for the first month you will receive the first order in a reusable jar — save it for future servings of the product. We will send your refill in a lightweight, fully recyclable package.. Your card will be charged automatically once per month and you can cancel at any time.
How does the refill system work?
Upon signing to our subscription model you will receive our branded SCRIPS jar filled with supplements. All following batches of our product will be sent to you on a monthly basis in a doypack with its content ready to be poured into the jar. We recommend using our jar even after you are done taking supplements for other purposes.
How do I start using the subscription?
To start using our subscription simply select this payment model from the product page and sign up for it by providing your address and card details.
Am I able to pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you won’t be charged as long as you do it before the next payment period.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged every month on the same day as your initial purchase. The money will be charged automatically from the card that you used.
Will the subscription price change or is it a fixed amount?
It is a fixed amount that will remain constant as long as you are subscribed to our product.
What payment methods are available with the subscription?
Currently, subscriptions can be paid only by credit or debit card. We support all major issuers such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How can I change my subscription payment card?
You can change your card by using either the Stripe dashboard that you received in your confirmation email or by contacting us through contact@scrips.store.
Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of the EU countries with the exception of Luxembourg, Malta and Cyprus. We currently do not ship to the UK or outside of the EU but we will be adding the option in the future.
When will my order ship?
We always try to process our orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. However, in the case of high order volumes it might take a little longer to process your order. Please be aware that shipping time varies by country, so it can take up to a couple of days to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after your order is processed we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included so that you can follow it once the order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the country from which you are making the order. You can see it upon selecting the region you’re from and adding the product to the cart.
Refunds & Returns
What is your returns policy?
At this moment we offer no returns or exchanges on our products. This is due to the fact that our rigid quality and safety protocols prevent us from reselling any products that have left our warehouse. We accept multiple payment methods: Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, Giropay in Germany, iDeal in Netherlands and BLIK, Przelewy24 in Poland.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you’ve placed and paid for your order we won’t be able to make any changes to it or cancel it completely, as we process and dispatch the order as soon as possible. Can I purchase more than one month’s supply for delivery at one time?
Currently we offer no such option; all the supply is sent on a month-to-month basis in our subscription model, but it is possible to order several regular units of our product at the same time.
